I've tried to buy realms plus multiple times and followed your troubleshooting techniques yet i still cannot purchase the product.

I continue to get the same message after 

• relogging into my account
• uninstalling and reinstalling
• changing my firewall
• shutting down and restarting my computer
• ensuring my updates are good
