Realms will not load

Put the summary of the bug you're having here    1.19.40 is what it says but it wont allow     realms are not loading on any of the players profiles. I tried changing the settings like it suggested, then also updating the game. Nothing worked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open minecraft
2. ... Try to connect to realms
3. ...error code stating the parental settings. (I checked all settings are what they are supposed to be and it used to work before.
