Xbox: Realm Stops Responding Then Crashes

When I try to play on my Skygen Realm with others, the Realm stops responding to me but other players can continue to play; the lag is intense but after a while there is lag; after their lag, it kicks them; and when we try to join, it loops loading for like 10 minutes and then says Unable To Join World. I have uninstalled Minecraft multiple times. It Works For A Bit, But The Realm Just Stops Responding Again. Is this fixable?
