I bought Realms,but I got an error and I can’t play.

I bought Realms on iOS 15.6.1 to play with my friends 5 days ago.

However,there is an error and I can’t play.

The error screen and Realms purchase history are attached.

“There was a problem. I made a successful purchase, but I can’t create Realms.

We will respond as soon as possible. Please check with this device again after a while.” is written on the error screen.

I want it to be resolved as soon as possible. Please solve it!!
