Transactional issue

My realm on xbox one minecraft recently ran out of the free trial this was for the 10 player realm. I then went on my Microsoft account and repurchased the same realm I previously bought but it has been nearly a week since I bought it and I still can't get on my realm, it says the purchase was successful but you were able to create my realm, I could do with some insight onto this issue because I dont know what else to do im affected with the fact that I've bought a months worth of a world and yet I'm not getting that months worth because it is taking a while, would you be able to sort this or atleast give me a refund and ill try again dome other time, thank you.
