Can't upload a World. Can't download map, can't do anything on REALMS

I just brought the Realms Plus on bedrock, but I can't upload my ps4 (on a ps5) world. When I do, sometimes a error pop, sometimes the bar goes to 100% but the only thing I can do is to click the "Cancel" button, and when seems like the world is uploaded, I just can't enter the realm, minecraft loads the realms for five minutes only to give an error. 
And I can't download the map on windows 10, I can't reset the world, and I can't do anything!!!! Only thing I can atually do is to create a new world and play, but I paid for play MY old WORLD, not a new one. Please what to do?!! I tested it on a slower connection, on a 500mb connection, on wifi, cable, but nothing, the ps4 version of minecraft just DON'T UPLOAD MY WORLD!!!! (its 572mb size).  

And I tried to CLOSE the realm too, and guess what? I can't neither. Another "empty" error. I paid for a subscription and all i get is errors that don't even tells me WHAT IS THE PROBLEM!
