• Summary: Unable to access realm name "HatDudeJoe's Realm" from an Xbox One in Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

• Realm name: HatDudeJoe's Realm

• Error Message: Unable to connect to world

Remarks:

• Checked subscription status and confirmed it has not expired (168 Days Remaining)
• Also attempted to download the world and was unsuccessful. Download never got to 1%.

Recommendation: Kindly let me know if this is an issue with the service or if it is with my map.
