No one but realm owner can connect to realm.

Every time there is an update pending release, realms prevents any of the fellow realm mates from joining it.

As the realm owner I have an option to check the Microsoft store for a pending update or to continue to the realm. In which case if i click on check store, i cannot choose an update for the game, but then I can still join the realm just fine.

Every other person is not allowed to join and is told they are unable to connect to the realm. Yet they cannot update their game either. Sometimes they are given an error message saying they have an outdated or different version.

This issue continues until the update is pushed to everyone to download upon starting the game. Why does this prevent people from playing the game? The version hasn't been updated by me or others and shouldn't prevent people from connecting.

Please advise if this is intentional or is an actual bug. Thanks!
