Too much waiting for my already paid 2players Realm

I’ve been waiting for getting my realm activated for a few days, The only feedback getting from the app is a loop message and I can’t do anything else with the realm.

I’m attaching you 2 pics for show the problem.

Those pics are in spanish but basicly says:

“incomplete realm It seems like we left things half done last time.  Let's finish completing your Realm now“

and:

“Your purchase was successful, but we were unable to create your Realm.  We will create it as soon as possible.  Check back later on this device”
