Minecraft Realms Says Expired In-Game, but Subscription Via Microsoft Is Active

We have been unable to access Minecraft Realms for over a month now (2 billing cycles).

 

Payments have been processed from the bank card, yet Realms is still inaccessible. This subscription has been active and paid for over a year without issues until the last several weeks.

 

This is on Windows 11 PC.

 

Please let me know what else you need to investigate and solve.
