My realm is very laggy for me only.

My realm, for only me, wont let me open chests, sleep, or exit some chunks. When I go onto the realm it always spawns me in the same area when I left before it started to break. My friends when playing on the realm with me, ive super laggy and can take damage from them. This has been going on for a few weeks now. I have tried everything I can think of, logged out of my account, opened other worlds on the realm, uninstalling and reinstalling, used back up's, updated the launcher. I know it isn't multiplayer because I can go onto multiplayer servers on bedrock.
