Minecraft Bedrock can't create realm although being purchased.

I purchased the minecraft 2 players realm already and it said purchase was successful but can't create a realm at the moment and ask me to wait as shown in picture I provided.I wait for a long time already so I hope u guys can fix it for me asap.Tysm.
