Addons that haven't been initializing before the last 2 updates, will constantly have a "initializing upload" pop ups

I have been uploading all kinds of different addons to test this problem out and none of them worked except the ones that were initialized before the last 2 updates on mobile.

Every time I upload a new addon, will constantly have a "initializing upload" pop ups and not let me leave the menu without removing those new packs
