Subscription cancellation issue

Good morning

I can not cancel the subscription because the website shows information that I have REALMS not installed and at the same time you charge a monthly fee from my credit card. Please cancel your subscription immediately and stop having funds (30 PLN) from my card. I withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.

I expect a quick response to the e-mail.
