Update 2.46 error

Since update 2.46 I can't get into the Realms from the PS4 neither my wife nor my daughter nor I from different consoles.  This is how we've been since that fateful 2.46 update.  I have deleted the game and reinstalled it more than 10 times and nothing, I have deleted files and old worlds and nothing.  The owner of the realms also did the same and nothing.  I do not know what else to do.  The problem isn't us, it's the 2.46 update.
