Character Froze for other players

On any realm I connect to my account seems to be stuck in place. I'm able to move around on my screen, however, my character is frozen for everyone else. the game renders around the frozen player therefore I'm able to walk to the edge of the render distance.

Cant break, mine, hit, or interact with the game at all.

This happens in all realms, even my own, even when there are no other players in the game.

I am able to play on servers and friends' worlds, however.

I tried pinging a Minecraft realm and a Minecraft server. Results can be found in the image attached 4 packets sent and 100% loss
