Realm issue

The minecraft realm won't let me enter, it stays "Joining realm... Building terrain" on the screen, and never loads. To the other players, it lets them in. I already uninstalled and installed minecraft and I tried on different platforms (pc and cell phone) and it won't let me in. And it’s not a connection or white listing issue.
