Broken Sea Grass leaves visual air block, odd half-cracked texture below after having been broken.

On Bedrock 1.5.0 on Xbox One and Windows 10, (but discovered on Xbox One), when breaking sea grass under water, an apparent air block is left and the top of the block beneath that air block has a half broken block overlay as if it were half mined by a pickaxe.

Attached please find an example of this where three one-high sea grass blocks were broken under water.
