Disappearing/ lag

Old world on realms was extremely laggy so we created a new one, a few hours after having the new world the sever started having extreme lag issues some members couldn't join the sever. Yesterday members would be mining or walking and teleport to a different location at random, mobs would be placed or tamed and soon disappear or die for no reason causing issues
