Realm not updating when a new update releases

The Minecraft bedrock client updated about 7 days ago to 1.19.20 , but the realm I play on is still on 1.19.10. i pay monthly to play on a realm but ivw not been able to play on it for a whole week. I am aware this is not a bug but it is a huge issue with minecraft.
