My friend gets kicked out by the server

We have tried a bunch of things to fix the error and it keeps ejecting in seconds.

We have tried:

• put the dns
• use VPN
•  ower the render
• remove hamachi
• configure the firewall and give access to java and minecraf and otherplease help
