"Your purchase was successful, but we weren't able to create your Realms." I had paid for my Realms but it gives me this message.

Sorry, I paid for my Realms on 28th July. It keeps telling me that 'Something had not finished' and told me to continue creating my Realms. When I choose ok, it goes to a message that told me I was purchased successfully but you weren't creating the Realms for me. Then told me to come back after a while. But I come back daily to see if the bug has been solved, and it is no.... please help me to fix it... I want to play..
