i can't write in book and quills, Signs, Nametages

Everytime i write something in my book and quill or write something in a sign to name chest in my realm for me and my friends the text in those items disappear as shown in the video below, i backed up the world to a save the this didnt happened but when i tried writing in the book and quill or sign or rename a nametage is disappears but when i created a new world and tried writing in a sign, book and quill, and name a nametage this didnt happen
