Drowned AI breaks when standing on a non-solid block.

When a Drowned mob walks (on land) onto a chest, lectern or bell, they stop moving and may become unable to attack players. If moved off their block, they will be able to move, but will not attack players under any conditions if they lost the ability to, but if they still attacked players they would be normal once moved.
