Texture pack on realms isn't showing up for others

I have a texture pack on my realms server (muddle) and it shows up fine for me. When i first made the realm it was showing up on my friends minecraft too but it suddenly stopped working so they don't have the texture pack anymore. Even new players that join can't see it even though it gives them an option ton download it.
