Item names changed all Hashtags

place item in anvil.

rename item (doesn't matter what item is renamed to)(rename test was 'bow')

remove item from anvil to inventory

item name is # for each character in newly typed name. (example: bow=###) (example: diamond=#######)

tested multiple times with different words. no success in having anything not #

placed enchanted book in anvil with same enchantment other book. did not rename combination final item. new item name should be 'enchanted book' item name actually '##############'
