Realm(s) Wont Create Or Renew

For The Past 6 Or More Months Now I Have Been Unable To Renew Or Purchase Any Realms In The Windows Minecraft Bedrock Store.

When I Go To Renew An Existing Realm, Everything Seems To Be Fine.. My Card Is Billed And In My Microsoft Account I See The Transaction Under Billing History.
But When I Go Back To The Worlds Tab In The Minecraft Game, It Still Shows My Realm As Expired..

When I Try And Buy A New Realm Ever Thing Is The Same, Seems Like The Order Went Though, Card Is Billed And I Can See The Order History In My Microsoft Account.
But Under Worlds Nothing New Shows Up....

I Have Called xBox and Microsoft And They Both Told Me I Need To Contact Mojang About This Bug.
