Couldnt upload my world

First, I cant replace my world in realm from my world list. Second, while editting my worlds, there is a button to play it in realm. However, when I press that, there is no my realms but only appers the button to add a new realm and it has to pay money again!

Third, I cant turn on/off my realm as I wish
