Commands blocks not saving changes

On my Realm Server, I have a lot of systems relying on command blocks. But, whenever I try to type in the command blocks, nothing saves. Also whenever I try to change the command block settings, it changes but reverts back to the original settings when I try to open it. I've tried restarting my game, my console, and using structure blocks, but nothing works.
