realms not creating

i purchased realms plus with 10 friends and it will not let me create my realm, i purchased it TWICE and am still having the same problem, they both even say they expire on the same day so i purchased it twice for the same month. i need this fixed and i need a refund for the second purchase. i am very annoyed that this is not letting me create the realm that i bought!! it keeps saying that they didn't complete my realm and when i say complete it, it says there was an issue and i have to retry. i've tried over 40 times and it has not worked. fix this please
