unable to download realms plus world

Minecraft Realms PLus Playstation 4 

For over a month now I have been unable to download my realm world, I've tried reinstalling the game, I've cleared my storage, I have my Playstation 4 hardwired with over 100 mb per second download speed, and the file size is under a gig. It generally stops progression at 1000 MB. I even deleted my Playstation plus back up files for Minecraft. I've made a lot of improvements since the wild update and I don't want to lose them.
