When holding emeralds villagers have a chance to delete them 1.19.2 bug

I was playing on Nintendo switch when I realized that my emeralds disappeared without me buying anything this had a chance of happening this is not a every time thing. This happend is with multiple villagers with different professions. Note: this only happens when emeralds are in hand not when their just in the inventory. Please fix asap Thanks!
