Cannot access my own realm

My realm (that I pay for) does not allow me to join. when I try to load realms, I am told "We Cannot connect to Realms right now. We will try again soon." It's been over a month, I've tried messing with my subscription and resetting my account info. My added friends can access the realm. Please help
