Failed to find a place to upload your world. Maybe check your internet connection?

When I try to upload my world to the realm from Nintendo Switch, I always get the message "Failed to find a place to upload your world. Maybe check your internet connection?".
I have checked the internet connection several times but it is not that.
I tried archiving the software and reinstalling it but nothing changes.
