Player tracking in Realm

player tracking has stopped working about 2 weeks ago. Minecraft realms were down that day and ever since my player activity screen just says no activity in the past 7 days even though we have 6 players on and most play daily.  Submitted a ticket and was told to bring the issue up here.  Mine craft 1.12 which was not listed above is what i am having the issue with. have tried the list of things they recommended doing short of reseting my world back to a save prior to the issue.  this would erase weeks of work and would not be a satisfactory option
