Progress on the Realms server is not being saved

Since yesterday we have been experiencing errors in the world’s autoguard, everything started from the maintenance they did to Realms servers a few days ago, sometimes our guard progress and sometimes not, literally it is as if we had not played 2 or 3 hours. It is not the first time that happens to us and the truth is quite annoying to play without knowing the server will give you to save our progress. We need a solution soon, our subscription is still running and we cannot enjoy the service in the way expected.
