Realms continuously roll back multiple hours at a time as soon as everyone logs off

I have lost multiple long 8+hr play sessions due to realms continuously rolling back multiple hours at a time as soon as everyone logs off. Very annoying, happened last time I had a realm and they updated to the new version, but this one has persisted for much longer than last time.
