Realms Progress Setting Back to Certain Time (not saving progress)

It appears that multiple realms I am involved in are experiencing and issue that cause progress to not be saved. I've had multiple occurrences in a realm where I'd make 3-4 hours of progress, only to comeback and find that the progress is not saving and I'm back at the very moment I was before that 3-4 hours. This has occurred in more than one of my Realms and is quite frustrating as it prevents me from making any progress as it will simply get set back to a specific instance in time.
