My realm can't create while I paid

Hello, I bought a realm plus subscription to make a realm with my friends. When I want to make a realm it says " your purchase succeeded but we couldn't create your realm right now. We will create your realm as soon as possible. Check back later on this device." And it won't work. I play on bedrock on my iPhone and iPad and both are on 1.19. Please let me know how to fix it because I have paid for something that doesn't work...
