Unable to open new realm after the 1.19.1 update on Nintendo switch.

Unable to open new realm after the 1.19.1 update on Nintendo switch. It had no problem taking my money but is refusing to load realm. After about 2 minutes of sitting at the purple loading screen it comes up with an error message.
