It won't let me open up my Realm on a Fire tablet it just makes a new realm it's starting around 1.18.10

Well it works fine for paying it but you do pay for it it says it open up the realm but it didn't it just makes a new realm with the same name of the realm but it's not the realm you open.I try to open them with a Fire tablet.It's really annoying I waited a long time to play on my Realm I hope you can fix it.
