Acts like high ping and is adding and subtracting time

The game will start to lag and not show players movement. Your unable to view your inventory either on creative or survival. Have reset the load to a prior save. Uninstaller and reinstalled game. Checked for updates on os and on micecradt its self. Bug is present on all players in realms. No mods are enabled and no command blocks active. Will stsrt to add dead time and then subtract with no cause. Issue starts after going into the end. Game becomes non responsive and you have to quit
