Friend and I repeatedly booted from realm after 10 minutes

I have a 10-person realm that I only play with my friend, who has a Switch.  I'm on PC.

 

After 5 - 10 minutes, since May 18 or so, we will both lag/freeze/"disconnected from server"

 

When we rejoin, it loads us back to a save from when we initially started that day.

Example: We start playing at 8:30 PM on 5/20/22.  By 8:40, we're kicked off. Rejoin from main menu, and all items/locations/inventory/effects/everything are back to where they were from 8:30 PM, down to our spawn points.

 

It's super frustrating.
