Cannot get into realms

I cannot get into realms all of a sudden. When i click on "minecraft realms" in the game's main menu, it shows internal error with no error code. I have attempted to resolve it by restarting the launcher and pc, but it was not resolved. 

Also, when I start the launcher, i have to log in again and again everytime. After i log in to my microsoft account, theres a red ribbon saying "cannot retrieve information from your account" everytime after i log in. I however can still start the game itself.
