Unable to connect to Realm. Minecraft Xbox series S

Using Xbox series S playing Minecraft—I have a realm when I turn on my console go to Minecraft, 100% of the time it says “unable to connect to realm“. The ONLY way I can connect is to do a hard reset.(turning console off by holding on/off button for 10 seconds and unplugging for five minutes). If I leave the console on, and even get out of the game, when I go back to Minecraft I can reconnect, but if I shut the console off I will not be able to connect to the Realm.
