Cant join realm

Hey all,

My realm doesn't seems to be working properly since yesterday. The issue is that it stops working at some point and everything would stop responding. After that the realm is on "loading resource pack" and it stays that way for more than 10 minutes or more, then no one else in the realm cant join in. It happened once last night but it happened multiple times tonight. Please help me out with a solution.

P.S: Restarting the device or the wifi doesn't help either.
