TexturePack is stuck like Glue on the realm

when i go to remove a Custom downloaded texture pack on my realm it comes out with the "Error Some Of The Selected content could not be applied" when im trying to remove a pack.

and if i download the world and reupload it its still there and wont get removed and then i get stuck on "unable to join Realm please try again later"

also if i have a custom downloaded texture pack on my world which i want to remove for an updated one but the old one is still  there even after I deleted it in the Storage even after i have removed it from the world the new one just gets replaced by the old one
