Realms kicking only owner, "Connection Lost" error message

Hey, I'm the owner of a realm and I'm getting an error message that just says "Connection Lost" (Screenshot attached). I researched about this error and can't find anything like it. When I get this error I get kicked from the realm and have to wait a minute before logging back in or it just instantly kicks me. This seems to happen around every 4 minutes of playing or when I teleport/respawn. This error does not happen to anyone else playing in the realm.
