Enchantments lost when uploading a replacement world to a Realm

Trying to work around another bug, I:

1. Downloaded a copy of my Realm
2. Changed the default membership settings and increased the simulation distance
3. Replaced the Realm with this newly edited world

When I loaded up the world, any enchanted items I had on my inventory lost their enchantment. Enchanted items in containers were not effected.
