Error playing in realms

I'm tired of being in my minecraft realm and it crashes, and that's not all, it goes back about 10 minutes or more. all progress goes back, plus gamerules and command blocks are disabled, today it's been over 3 hours with the realm crashes, which makes it unplayable, I'm seriously thinking not to pay more for something that is unusable.
